Attorney Thomas Fahey is the managing member of the law offices of Fahey & Landolina, Attorneys LLC. He focuses on legal representation of municipalities and private sector clients in all aspects of land use and municipal law, probate, and estate planing.
EXPERIENCE
His more than 45 years of legal practice have included litigation in state and federal courts and agencies, and town counsel engagements with many Connecticut municipalities.
Fahey’s professional activities have included Speaker on land use processing for the Connecticut Home Builders Association Developers Council, co-author of Aquifer Protection in Connecticut, and An Overview of Municipal Responsibilities for Aquifer Protection (Connecticut Bar Journal, Spring 1994), co-author Supreme Court Vindicates Municipalities’ Right to Recoup Land-Use Processing Fees (Connecticut Lawyer, May 1995), and lecturer, along with partner, Carl Landolina, in Western New England Law School’s land use practicum.
EDUCATION
Attorney Fahey is a 1969 graduate of Brown University and earned his Juris Doctorate from Georgetown University Law Center in 1972.

Carl Landolina, Esq.
Attorney

Attorney Carl Landolina represents public and private clients in real estate, zoning, land use, municipal, civil and criminal matters.
EXPERIENCE
His legal practice has included representing clients in all State courts, as well as State Agencies, including Freedom of Information Commission. He has also practiced law with the law firms of Thomas W. Fahey, Jr. and Leary and Fahey, and served as a Special Public Defender for the State of Connecticut’s Office of the Public Defender where he handled felony criminal matters. Additionally, Attorney Landolina served as Assistant Town Counsel for the Town of Enfield, where he represented the Town in matters including legal research, drafting legal briefs for zoning and land use matters, and providing legal advise to the Town Council.
He has served as Town Counsel to the Town of Somers, Tolland, East Granby, and Windor Locks and to the Planning and Zoning Commissions of the Towns of Suffield and Ledyard.
Attorney Landolina’s professional activities have included serving as Speaker for the Young Lawyers Seminar on Boundary Line Disputes, Survey Issues.
EDUCATION
Landolina earned his Juris Doctorate at the University of Connecticut School of Law in 1986. He earned his certification as a Medical Laboratory Specialist from the U.S. Academy of Health Sciences (San Antonio, Texas) in 1982 and graduated from Clark University in 1981.
